INGREDIENTS

We picked up these super cute unicorn silicon molds from K Mart for a couple of dollars. I juiced a medium sized beetroot and carrot to make these gummies.

1/3 cup fresh fruit or vegetable juice strained
1 1/2 Tbsp powdered gelatin

 

 
 

1. Pour juice into a small saucepan then sprinkle in the gelatin and mix together.
2. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Place the sauce pan on to medium heat and continuously stir for 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Carefully fill silicon molds.
5. Place in to the fridge for half an hour or until set.
6. Pop out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
