INGREDIENTS
-Homemade gluten-free chic schnitzel (we use half gf crumbs and half polenta with some dried Italian herbs)
-Roast carrot and potato
-Sliced apple
-Nori sheets (she's obsessed with the GimMe seaweed snacks from the health food shop)
-Banana and date muffin (we bake a batch and freeze them)
-Pecans, cashews and almonds
