Work Lunch 7
INGREDIENTS
-Leftover brown rice from dinner last night with a boiled egg (made an extra one at breakfast), baby spinach, olives, avo, roast mushies and roast beetroot), sauerkraut
-chopped carrot
-red papaya and raspberries
-banana pancakes with blueberries (1 banana, 1 egg, 1/3 cup almond meal, cinnamon whizzed in a blender then cooked in a frying pan)
