Pink Milk
INGREDIENTS
My little girl has such a hot constitution like her Daddy. I've noticed that if its a hot day she doesn't eat much food. I totally trust her little body. I think kids are so intuitive with eating times/habits/their bodies and as we get older we tend to be more dictated by our daily routine, the latest trend, etc.
So for lunch this week we have been getting on the smoothie train! No complicated recipes, just the basics to keep her hydrated and happy.
This one:
-organic almond milk
-1/2 banana
-3 strawberries
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
I vary them slightly. Maybe throw in 6 spinach leaves or some biodynamic yoghurt. Use some nutmeg or almond butter.
