INGREDIENTS

-cashews and almonds (it is a "nut aware" not "nut-free" school)
-homemade popcorn (heat olive oil in medium sized saucepan over low heat, add in 1/4 cup popping kernels, put lid on)
-watermelon and strawbs
-honey soy chic drumsticks with cherry toms from our garden, cucumber (from Poppy's garden), carrot and corn spears
-pear for crunch and sip

 

 
 

Just a little heads up: This is what works best for Eadie. It's not a benchmark or recommendation for every kid as everyone is so unique. My aim for writing these posts is to give a little bit of inspiration for mamas who have no idea what to pack because it can be really confusing and so easy to get stuck in a rut!
