Strawberries + Cream Gummies
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup gelatin powder
½ cup water
½ cup raspberries, fresh or thawed
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml coconut cream
¼ cup maple syrup
1. Bloom the gelatin by adding stirring the water and gelatin together in a small bowl. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
2. Add all contents to a blender and whiz until smooth.
3. Place silicone moulds on a chopping board then pour in mixture. Transfer to the fridge and leave for 20 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for three days.
