Satay Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut cream or milk from a tin
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over a low heat and combine well. Stir frequently over about five minutes. Have a taste and adjust flavours accordingly.
Served here with teriyaki chicken, steamed broccoil, roasted pumpkin and brown rice with hemp seeds on top!
