Sushi Bowl
INGREDIENTS
Cucumber
Corn spears
Carrot
Sauerkraut
Avo
Lettuce
Nori cut up with scissors into little squares
Edemame (freezer section of supermarket)
A mix of half brown rice and half sushi rice with tamari on top
Tuna in springwater (drained), then mixed in a tub with mayo 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
I love the versatility of this meal! You can change around the protein: smoked salmon, baked salmon, bbq chicken, teriyaki chicken, tofu or tempeh. If you know you’ll be home late, make the sushi in the morning and leave in the fridge. It only take 5-10 mins to assemble everything and serve!
