Chicken Patty Nourish Bowl

 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

CHIC PATTIES:
Mix in a bowl then cook in a frying pan:
500g free range chic mince
2 tsp Nutra Organics veggie broth powder
1 egg
1 Tbsp miso paste
Shallots
Fresh coriander

 

 
 

BOWL:
-Steamed broccolini and snow peas
-Edemame (frozen aisle at supermarket)
-Enoki mushrooms (sautéed in butter and tamari in the frying pan once patties were done)
-Vermicelli noodles (cooked, drained then 2 tsp Nutra Organics veggie broth powder mixed in)
-Pepitas for a bit of crunch
