INGREDIENTS

1 banana
2 eggs
1 Tbsp almond meal
1 scoop protein powder

 

 
 

Whizz it all in a blender and fry in salty organic butter. Flip when golden. No need for maple. Amazing with fresh raspberries and Greek yogurt.

Everyone has their own preference for protein powders. At the moment I’m using the Macro Mike Golden Gaytime almond protein. A food family friendly one is the Nutra Organics ‘Thriving Family’ protein powder.
