Blueberry Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
4 eggs
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 cup gf SR flour
Fresh or frozen blueberries
Whiz in a blender then pour into a buttery frying pan. Add blueb’s before flipping.
I made these this afternoon with a chai after a fun beach session. A great thing to make during school hols. Served with Jalna biodynamic yoghurt (yellow lid, green label), maple syrup, hemp seeds, raspberries and strawbs. You could add protein powder.
Hot tip: double check that your maple syrup is just 100% pure maple syrup when you look at the ingredients on the label.
