Starting your day with a protein-rich savoury breakfast will give you sustained energy, clear concentration and stabilise your mood. It will also decrease your desire to grab something sweet later

Today’s brekkie was leftover bolognese from two nights ago, heated up on the stove on gf sweet potato sourdough. It took all of about three mins. The bolognese was packed with veg, herbs from our garden and beef liver powder.

 

 
 

The avo’s in the fruit bowl were hard as rocks but they would have been amazing on top! You could add some kind of cheese for extra protein and yumminess if you’re good with dairy.

So next time you make spag bol, save some of the sauce for the next day!
