Work Lunch
I work in a health food shop one day a week and here is what I packed today:
-cherries
-a peach
-CocoBella coconut protein yoghurt
-snow peas
-homemade paleo banana, pear and mango muffin
-frittata with salami, shallots, sweet potato, mushies, basil and zucchini
Not pictured: Loco Love zingy gingerbread choccy! IYKYK
I always have a stash of Nutra Organics miso ramen beef bone broth and Sacred Cacao rose cacao at work.
This is your reminder to EAT! We need to fuel our bodies with nutritious food every day but especially when we’re under the pump.
We produce more cortisol when we don’t eat which messes with our hormones, sleep, immunity and anxiety.
Pack snacks if you’re leaving the house. Pour a smoothie into a jar or water bottle to sip on. Make extra dinner to take for leftovers the next day. Don’t skip your lunch break. Go outside, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy your food
