I don’t know why we only just started eating baked salmon weekly in the last six months! You literally whack it on a lined tray with your choice of sauce and throw it in the oven for 12-14 mins and it’s done!

We either mix 1 Tbsp sweet chilli + 1 Tbsp tamari OR 1 Tbsp honey + 1 Tbsp mustard (pictured).

 

 
 

Served here with pesto spirals with pepitas on top, streamed broc and a wedge of lemon.
