Choc Banana Protein Muffins
INGREDIENTS
4 ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 cups SR flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup chocolate protein powder (I used ATP Science collagen hot chocolate)
1. Preheat oven to 180.
2. Combine wet ingredients.
3. Add in dry.
4. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20 mins.
Makes 12 deliciously fluffy muffins
