Savoury Brekkie
A savoury brekkie - a steady flow of energy and brain power. Just what kiddos need in the classroom
INGREDIENTS
6 mushies, sliced
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 avo
1/2 tsp Gevity ‘curry’ bone broth paste
INSTRUCTIONS
Sautée mushies in a frying pan with organic salty butter.
Dissolve broth paste on a mug with 1/2 cup boiling water then add to mushies until golden brown and the liquid has evaporated.
Pour in eggs over the mushies and scramble.
Place on a plate with avo, hemp seeds and pink salt.
