INGREDIENTS

8 medjool dates
1 ¾ cups mashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
1 ½ cups plain gf flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
½ cup almonds (or walnuts), chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
1 egg
¾ cup olive oil

 

 
 

1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a muffin tray.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add in wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
4. Bake for 25 mins. Sensational lathered with salty organic butter.
