Kiddies’Salmon + Veg

 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

1 piece salmon
Brown rice. Add 1 Tbsp of Best of the Bone broth paste for bonus points
Broccoli. Use any veg you’ve got
Carrot

 

 
 

1. Boil the brown rice on the stove.
2. Steam broc and carrot.
3. Cook the salmon in a frying pan or in the oven.
4. Chop it all up finely and mix it together.

Omega 3 essential fatty acids are so important for concentration and behaviour! We make this once a week at our house. It’s one of those meals that I’m guaranteed Eadie will eat the whole thing! She’s a fish-a-holic and has been known to pick up the whole salmon fillet and just chomp it. This is a great day care meal too and freezes well.
