Work Lunch 10
INGREDIENTS
-Left over corn chips from last night's Mexican
-Homemade banana and raspberry muffin
-Strawbs, blueberries and watermelon
-Baby spinach, leftover brown rice from last night, mushies and zucchini roasted in the oven with some olive oil and tamari (wheat-free soy sauce), a boiled egg and a forkful of sauerkraut
There's also a jar of almonds on my desk that I snack on.
Ditch the sandwich and stodgy leftover lasanga and pack an exciting lunch!!
