Choc Brownie Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups almond meal
3 eggs
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp pink salt
½ tsp bicarb
1 Tbsp melted/soft coconut oil or butter
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup cacao powder
Throw in a blender and whiz til smooth. Melt some butter in a frying pan and pour in the mixture into medium sized pikelets. Makes 10. Great for brekkie, morning tea, lunchboxes or after school!
