-Leftover brown rice, baby spinach, cherry toms, avo, sauerkraut, mushies roasted in olive oil and tamari, two boiled eggs
-Almonds, macas and pecans
-Red papaya
-Choc banana cake
-Carrots and cucumber which I dipped in almond butter
