-chicken and mandarin salad from last night
-strawberries and mandarin
-tin of tuna in spring water
-1/2 avo
-snow peas
-veggie quiche
-green smoothie: almond milk, spirulina, frozen banana, chia seeds, coconut cream, pea protein powder, ½ raw zucchini, cinnamon.
