Work Lunch 9
INGREDIENTS
-almonds and maca's
-1/2 avo and a tin of tuna in spring water to have on buckwheat/rice cakes that I have in my cupboard at work
-watermelon, mango and strawbs
-roasted mushies and zucch (from dinner last night) with roasted beetroot (for the hommus I didn't quite get around to making) with crumbled haloumi
-gluten-free multigrain roll leftover from the hamburgers we made last night to toast and have with almond butter
Think outside the square when it comes to lunches! You should look forward to eating a yummy lunch each day!
