Work Lunch 4
INGREDIENTS
-a little fruit salad of 2 or 3 fruits (depending on what's in season)
-mixed raw nuts (I grab different ones each time I go to the bulk food shop)
-a carrot
-2 carrot cake bliss balls
-nourish bowl: brown rice (or quinoa) cooked in homemade broth, cherry toms, sauerkraut, 2 boiled eggs (that I boil at the start of the week), black olives
