Chocolate Thickshake
INGREDIENTS
1 banana, frozen gives a great texture
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp 100% peanut butter or almond butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 small handful baby spinach
1 Tbsp chocolate or vanilla protein powder if you have it
Milk of your choice. We use Australia's Own almond milk
Whizz in a blender until smooth. Also great poured into icy pole moulds to have anytime.
