INGREDIENTS

2 bananas
4 eggs
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 cup gf SR flour
Fresh or frozen blueberries

 

 
 

RECIPE

  1. Whiz in a blender then pour into a buttery frying pan. Add blueb’s before flipping.

  2. I made these this afternoon with a chai after a fun beach session. A great thing to make during school hols. Served with Jalna biodynamic yoghurt (yellow lid, green label), maple syrup, hemp seeds, raspberries and strawbs. You could add protein powder.

  3. Hot tip: double check that your maple syrup is just 100% pure maple syrup when you look at the ingredients on the label I take my bottle in to get filled up at Affordable Wholefoods Coffs Harbour on Little St.
