INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grab a cake tin and line with baking paper.

  2. De-seed about 20 medjool dates and smoosh them down with the bottom of a drinking glass or mug. Single layer and make sure they’re overlapping.

  3. Spread the nut butter of your choice over the top. I used 100% peanut butter.

  4. Melt a block of chocolate in a saucepan over the stove then pour over the nut butter.

  5. Sprinkle coconut over the top and add a little bit of salt.

  6. Place in freezer for half an hour then slice up!
