INGREDIENTS

Another rainy school day, another miso soup for lunchtime to warm her little hands and soul.

Add to a stainless steel thermos:
1 big handful of cooked noodles. We use vermicelli but you could use soba, brown rice, quinoa or even pasta
2 rounded teaspoons of Nutra Organics beef bone broth in ramen miso flavour (red label)
-A little packet of organic roasted nori. Sea veg is a potent source of iodine which is super important for brain function!
-Then cover with slightly cooled boiling water from the jug
You could throw in some shallots or steamed broc if you’re organised

 

 
 

Our little insulated food jar is the Cheeki brand that I picked up from the health food shop about 10 yrs ago! It’s great because it’s indestructible, has a wide mouth to easily get a fork into and keeps food warm all day.
