INGREDIENTS

A tin of tuna in springwater, drained
Some leftover steamed broccoli, finely chopped
A big sprinkle of hemp seeds
Some organic mayo mixed in
Then cherry toms and a handful of baby spinach
Some pepitas for crunch

 

 
 

I called this an Ugly Bowl because food doesn’t need to be aesthetic. Just balanced and delicious.

My lunch today between clients was literally made in 5 mins by me standing in front of the fridge with the door open.
