Banana and Hemp Smoothie

 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 Tbsp pepitas (rich in zinc!)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds (high in magnesium!)
1 Tbsp of protein powder or collagen
Handful of baby spinach
Almond milk

You can go to town and add whatever you want: nut butter, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, yoghurt, seasonal fruit, raw nuts/seeds, raw zucchini, etc!

 

 
 

Making a smoothie is as quick as making toast! Especially if you pop the ingredients into individual ziplock bags to keep in your freezer. All you have to do is grab one out to put in the blender with your milk of choice!

Smoothies are great for any time of the day such as on the way to drop the kids at school!
