INGREDIENTS

Grab a big frying pan and throw in:
Salty organic butter
Shallots
About 10 x Swiss brown mushrooms
1 x zucchini

1/4 bag baby spinach

 

 
 

Fry that up for 5 mins. Then put a tsp of bone broth paste in (I love the Best of the Bone ‘mushroom’ broth) in a mug with a splash of boiling water to liquify. Then pour that in the frying pan with baby spinach, cracked pepper, 1/2 tsp beef liver powder and cook for another few mins.

Chop up three leftover chicken sausages, bacon or shredded chicken for protein and that’s it! This is a few days worth so store in a container in the fridge and just warm up a serving each day in the frying pan. Yummy with scrambled eggs or brown rice for brekkie, lunch or dinner.
