INGREDIENTS

1 banana (the riper the better)
1 egg
1/2 cup almond meal
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 big handful of baby spinach

 

 
 

Whizz in a blender until smooth then cook in a frying pan with some organic butter! Serve with some raspberries and maple syrup.
