Simple, Paleo Choc Chip Cookies

 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

3 cups almond meal
70g (5 Tbsp) coconut oil or butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
Choc chips. Measure that with your heart

 

 
 

1. Preheat oven to 180 and line to baking trays.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix in wet ingredients.
4. Roll mixture into walnut-size balls and press down.
5. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden. Makes around 30 and they freeze really well!
