INGREDIENTS

A big bag of button mushies (they always cook down to half the amount so don’t be afraid to go big)
A big chunk of organic butter
A swirl of tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
A little swirl of honey or sweet chilli
Some finely grated fresh ginger and garlic

 

 
 

1. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
2. Chop the mushies into thirds.
3. Add all ingredients to the frying pan and cook for 12 minutes.

Another yummy alternative: a butter, garlic, parsley or thyme combo! So yummy with avo on sourdough for brekkie!

I love how versatile mushies are! Cook up a whole bunch once a week to have in the fridge so on rushed mornings you can just heat them up on the stove in a few minutes.
