INGREDIENTS

125g butter

1/3 cup caster sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

2/3 cup sulatanas

1 cup gf SR flour

1.5 cups gf corn flakes

 

 
 
  1. Preheat oven to 180.

  2. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl with electric beaters until smooth and pale. Add in egg and beat.

  3. Stir in sultanas and flour.

  4. Pour cornflakes into a bowl. Roll walnut-sized amounts of mixture into balls and coat in cornflakes. Place on lined baking tray and flatten slightly.

  5. Bake in oven for 20 mins or until slightly golden. Allow to cool before moving to an airtight container.
