Veggie Burger Stack
Heat a patty in a frying pan (or a sandwich press!) in some olive oil. Cook a fried egg at the same time.
Serve on a plate with baby spinach, carrot, hummus, sweet chilli, sunflower seeds and sauerkraut.
You could go to town and add alfalfa sprouts, grated beetroot, bacon or smoked salmon, a thick slice of haloumi, a pineapple ring, grilled mushies, etc.
It’s also a lovely theory to make your own veggie patty if you could me stuffed. I could not.
These are the Yumi brand which you can find near the tofu at Woolies and Coles. It’s gluten-free, vegan, Australian made.
