Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup choc chips
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp bicarb
Preheat oven to 180. Mix everything in a bowl. Roll into balls then press down on a lined baking tray. Bake for 12 mins.
I did NOT think these peanut butter choc chip cookies were going to work out when I first read the recipe because there’s no flour or almond meal but they’re bloody brilliant! Double the ingredients so you can stash half of them in the freezer to put in lunchboxes next term.
