Brookfarm gluten-free muesli (available at health food shops)

Milk of your choice

Top with fruit, honey and yoghurt

 

 
 

The only thing that I miss about being coeliac are oats!! The “gf oats” are a bit of a grey area for me.

I was reminded recently by a lovely client about Brookfarm gf porridge! The best part? Eadie eats it too! She cooks it on the stove for both of us.

This is today’s bowl with Greek yoghurt, hemp seeds, raw honey, banana and strawbs.
