INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut cream
2 Tbsp gelatin pwd
1 Tbsp cacao pwd
1 Tbsp maple syrup

 

 
 

RECIPE

  1. Combine the coconut cream and gelatin in a small saucepan and leave to sit for 5 mins.

  2. Add in the cacao and maple and turn the heat on as low as possible. Slowly stir the mixture without letting it bubble. The goal is to simply melt the mixture back to a liquid state.

  3. Place silicone moulds (or a mini silicone muffin tray) onto a chopping board and pour in mixture. Carefully transfer to the fridge to set. After about half an hour or once set, place gummies in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days.

  4. I use Nutra Organics gelatin which is Australian and grass-fed.
