Butter Chicken

 

 
 

This is my cheat’s version of butter chicken!

 
 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

500g chicken breast or thighs

1 packet of Mingle butter chicken seasoning powder

All the veggies you can find!

½ tin coconut cream or milk

½ cup passata

 

 
 

-Preheat slow cooker on high for half an hour.

-Roughly chop chicken or leave it whole and you can pull it apart with two forks once it’s cooked.

-Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

-Serve with rice, quinoa or on it’s own. I like to make a slow cooker meal once a week and have it for lunch (or brekkies!) a few days in a row.
