INGREDIENTS

1 2/3 cups gf SR flour

¼ cup cacao powder

1 cup caster or coconut sugar

3 eggs

125g butter, softened and cup into cubes

½ cup milk (I used almond)

1 tsp vanilla

 

 
 

-Preheat oven to 180.

-Add all cake ingredients to a bowl and combine with an electric mixer for five mins.

-Pour into a lined, square brownie tin and bake for thirty mins.

-Allow to cool in the tin for 5 mins before turning it out of the cake tin.

MY SNEAKY ICING HACK: Once completely cooled, ice with Nutella or a dairy-free spread like Pana or Vego choc hazelnut spread and decorate with strawberries or sprinkles!
