Chic Snitz Rice Paper Rolls

 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

-Slice up the chic snitz, carrots, cucumber, snow peas, red capsicum and corn spears.
-Grab a sheet of nori (seaweed) and use a pair of scissors into strips.
-Cook some vermicelli noodles, drain then splash on some sesame oil and fish sauce.

 

 
 

Soften the rice paper wrapper in some hot water then spread out on the bench.
Place a nori strip, slice of snitz, veg, some fresh coriander or mint, a teaspoon of sauerkraut and a few drops of satay sauce. Roll up and keep going!
