INGREDIENTS

500g organic beef mince
shallots, celery, carrots, zucchini, red capsicum
pink salt, cracker pepper, dried Italian herbs
1 heaped tsp beef liver powder
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 bottle of passata so it isn’t too liquidy

 

 
 

RECIPE

  1. I use the Simply Wize gf puffed pastry from the frozen sodoe of the supermarket (pic in comments). I give it a little roll with a rolling pin (while feeling domestic AF ).

  2. Use a silicone muffin tray on top of a metal baking tray. I cut one sheet into 4 for the regular muffin tray and 12 for the minis.

  3. Use a spoon to add the bolognaise to the muffin tray and bake until pastry turns golden. Also great with chicken thighs, veg and a bechamel sauce!
