INGREDIENTS

45g melted salted butter
2 Tbsp honey
2 cups gf corn flakes

1 Tbsp chia seeds

 

 
 

1. Preheat the oven to 150.
2. Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan until frothy.
3. Place the corn flakes in a bowl and cover with the butter mixture and stir to coat. Sprinkle in some chia
4. Working quickly, divide into a six hole silicone muffin tray.
5. Bake for 10 mins then allow to cool.
