Pear & Almond Pikelets
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe pear
1 egg
1/2 cup SR flour (I used gf)
2 Tbsp almond butter (we make roasted almond butter at Go Vita Park Beach Plaza and it is INCREDIBLE!). You could try 100% peanut butter.
Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Throw everything in a blender and whizz until smooth. Cook in a frying pan with delicious salty organic butter until golden on each side.
If you’re feeding a family for brekkie, double or even triple it.
Wonderful for lunchboxes or an after school refuel on the way to sport.
