Burgers are a speedy option on those nights where everyone is home a bit later because of after school activities and work.

I try to make them in the morning or if I’m home during the day, then keep them in a container in the fridge.

All you have to do when you get home is shove your kid into the shower while you quickly cook them and cut up some salad ingredients!


 
 

INGREDIENTS

500g beef mince (I use Cleavers extra lean organic mince)
1 egg
1 rounded tsp beef liver powder
Cracked pepper, pink salt and dried Italian herbs
1 Tbsp mustard

 
 

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Smoosh everything together in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form into patties.
