Hedgehog Slice
So nostalgic!
INGREDIENTS
2 x pkt gf Scotch Fingers
1 can plant-based condensed milk (I grabbed the Coles ‘Nature’s Kitchen’ Coconut sweetened condensed milk 320g. You’ll find it with the regular ones at the supermarket)
4 Tbsp cacao powder
¾ cup desiccated coconut, plus extra to sprinkle on top
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
-Crush the biscuits by hand in a large mixing bowl. Leave some decent sized pieces!
-Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined.
-Pour the mixture into a lined square brownie tin. Use wet hands to push it all down.
-Place in the freezer. You can chop it up after an hour. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
