Banana Choc Chip Muffins

Balanced food for little tummies!

Eadie has baked these the last two weekends in a row. They are so fluffy and delicious!

BANANA CHOC CHIP MUFFINS

1 1/2 cup gf plain flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 cup honey

2 eggs

1 cup mashed banana

Choc chips (optional but highly recommended). Measure with your heart

1/4 cup milk (we use almond)

1 tsp vanilla


1. Preheat the oven to 180.

2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

3. Add in wet and mix together.

4. Pour mixture into a muffin tray (make 12 regular muffins plus a 12 minis). Bake for 15 mins or until golden.

Can also be made into banana bread by usibg a brownie tin. Bake for 50-60 mins.
